Access to VORX using a method other than the provided webz User Interface and VORX API is prohibited even getting access to another user’s VORX account.

TRAINING

VORX will provide reasonable training for you and your personnel for proper operation of the Service.

DATA STORAGE

User agrees that their Data may be located and stored on foreign servers at Vorx discretion but may request change of storage at any time during the term with a corresponding fee. Vorx will take appropriate measure to Back Up the data, however, should the user wish to obtain a copy of the data it will be their sole responsibility to Back Up that Data with redundancy methods in place up to their satisfaction.

SUPPORT

VORX provides support for queries related to the tool, from users with a paid subscription. VORX may or may not provide support to users without a valid & active account, or users with valid & active account. For any queries, related to the data or AVETMISS standard, VORX recommends users to contact their corresponding STA (State Training Authority) or NCVER directly.

FEES and PAYMENT

VORX offers paid subscription for services. There is a One-Time Registration Fee of $800 plus GST and the monthly fee.

No hidden charges and the mentioned prices are the exact amount as per your subscription plan. If you fail to pay the amount due under this term your access to the services will be restricted and/or removed until payment is cleared.

Please note that the monthly payment is paid annually in advance and the subscription costs are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Vorx.

DISPUTES and COMPLAINTS

Vorx ensure that all form of disputes and complaints are dealt with fairly and confidentially. Any complaints are dealt accordingly to resolve promptly, objectively and sensitively. We respect views without discriminatory remarks to both parties.
