User will be provided with their unique individual account credentials (Username & Password) and must be protected and not shared with anyone. User is held responsible for changing and securing this information, and for any and all data/financial losses, if this information is compromised.

Access to VORX using a method other than the provided webz User Interface and VORX API is prohibited even getting access to another user’s VORX account.

User must notify VORX immediately in the event of any security breaches. You further acknowledge and agree that You cannot make a Claim or withhold payment with respect to any issue arising from or in connection with the functionality or provision of the Service if VORX have substantially provided the services you opted.

TRAINING

VORX will provide reasonable training for you and your personnel for proper operation of the Service.

DATA STORAGE

User agrees that their Data may be located and stored on foreign servers at Vorx discretion but may request change of storage at any time during the term with a corresponding fee. Vorx will take appropriate measure to Back Up the data, however, should the user wish to obtain a copy of the data it will be their sole responsibility to Back Up that Data with redundancy methods in place up to their satisfaction.

SUPPORT

VORX provides support for queries related to the tool, from users with a paid subscription. VORX may or may not provide support to users without a valid & active account, or users with valid & active account. For any queries, related to the data or AVETMISS standard, VORX recommends users to contact their corresponding STA (State Training Authority) or NCVER directly.

FEES and PAYMENT

VORX offers paid subscription for services. There is a One-Time Registration Fee of $800 plus GST and the monthly fee.

No hidden charges and the mentioned prices are the exact amount as per your subscription plan. If you fail to pay the amount due under this term your access to the services will be restricted and/or removed until payment is cleared.

Please note that the monthly payment is paid annually in advance and the subscription costs are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Vorx.

DISPUTES and COMPLAINTS

Vorx ensure that all form of disputes and complaints are dealt with fairly and confidentially. Any complaints are dealt accordingly to resolve promptly, objectively and sensitively. We respect views without discriminatory remarks to both parties.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are dedicated to protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out our policy on the collection, use and disclosure of personal data of users of our Enterprise Web Applications (collectively, our “Cloud Services”) in accordance with our statutory obligations under the Privacy Act 1988. The subscriber acknowledges that Vorx Group shall not have liability for loss of profits or to their investment, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages however caused to provide profits or to prevent loss, in whole or in part, to the investment of any subscriber. APPLICABLE LAWS

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws enforce in Victoria, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms of Use or this Website.
